Ronald McLerren Ph.D.

Biography

Ron McLerren holds a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology. He is an author, and a speaker with over thirty- five years of executive level corporate experience in leadership development, training and executive coaching.

Whether helping someone navigate a transitional period in life, vocational change, or assisting someone in creating a better balance between their working and personal life, Dr. Ron McLerren is a personal coach committed to helping individuals reach their full potential.

Described by many as a “thoughtful antagonist”, Ron is known for his rare ability to fuse insight, quiet humor and truth telling with the courage to tackle the toughest issues with his clients.

Throughout his career Dr. McLerren has gained the trust and respect of such companies as Hewlett Packard, Bank of America, Macy’s, and Merrill Lynch. His years of experience working firsthand with both corporations and his executive coaching has helped Dr. McLerren develop an unparalleled understanding of how to assist individuals attempting to deal with life transitions, vocational changes, or finding balance between in life and work.


In 2004 Ron was one of the founding members of Dr. Berry Hermanns work on Noble Purpose. He used Hermann’s model to create and present a series of seminars on “Bringing Meaning to your Work and Life” which he offers to organizations with a goal of creating a cohesive and effective working culture.

Community is important to Ron. A twenty-year volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, Ron works with the homeless outreach programs sponsored by his church in Placer County, California.

In addition, Ron is a past Board of Director member for Senior's First, a organization dedicated to keeping Seniors Independent.
