Coaching and Career Change/Reassessment

The world of work is a very different place than it was even twenty years ago. Technological advances, increased global competition and changing workforce demographics are some of the major factors that are affecting the choices and experiences of working people in the United States and around the world.

In this environment, it can be it very difficult for people to assess their career options, work out career goals and strategies and have the confidence to implement changes.

So if you are:
  • Unemployed, or unhappily employed
  • Entering or re-entering the workforce
  • Trying to work out personal career goals and strategies
  • Changing jobs and/or fields
  • Thinking about becoming self-employed
  • Retraining or considering taking full or part-time courses...then career coaching could help you.

How to get started:
  • Intake and Discovery Assessment:
The first introductory 90 minute intake session is $90.00 and focuses on gathering all the information about your work history as well as your current career information. In addition we discuss and identify what your personal needs and wants are. Call or email for a appointment:

  • Step Two: Career Research:
During the process of creating your profile, each individual completes the online Elevations Career Assessment, which identifies your personality styles, strengths and challenges, as well as two or three career options.
Each career option will be thoroughly researched using a step by step method to gain clarity. The result is a clear career choice based on your personal profile.

  • Step Three: Identify Career Opportunities:
Research begins to identify specific jobs that are a good fit, develop your resume, and fine tune your interview skills.

  • Step Four: Assessment:
Since there is a learning curve with each new career choice, you will need to examine what your needs and resources are to support you in shortening the learning curve and efficiently working to your full potential.
The career coaching process is available in person, by phone or Skype. The first introductory session is a hour and half, and each additional session is approximately one hour.

Destiny is not a matter of chance; it is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for; it is a thing to be achieved.
